About Us

Community of Neighbors connects seniors, caregivers, and individuals with disabilities to the resources, tools, and relationships they need to live with safety, dignity, and joy. Founded by PC Home Health owner Antoine Beachum, we bring together home medical equipment drives, educational workshops, and community events to strengthen neighborhoods and empower people to care for one another.

Our mission is to provide safety, knowledge, and joy through faith-inspired programs that empower independence and strengthen community.

Community of Neighbors was born from a simple truth our founder, Antoine Beachum, saw again and again: families needed more than just care — they needed connection.

As the owner of PC Home Health, Antoine spent years walking alongside seniors and caregivers across the DFW area. Families came seeking in-home care, but he quickly realized their struggles extended far beyond healthcare. They were searching for guidance on Medicare and insurance, support groups for Alzheimer’s, safe home environments, and the assurance that they weren’t alone.

Determined to bridge those gaps, Antoine envisioned a single, welcoming place where neighbors could find practical help, compassionate support, and community. That vision became Community of Neighbors.

Vision:
A community where
every senior and caregiver is safe, supported, and connected.

VALUES:

Faith

Love

Service

Guided by the call to love thy neighbor.

Serving with the same care we would want for our own loved ones.

Meeting people where they are with compassion and respect.

Turning care into action to create lasting impact.

We believe community care is about more than programs — it’s about people.

Our approach is simple:

  • Rooted in Faith: Inspired by “love thy neighbor” as a call to action.

  • Hands-On Help: From equipment deliveries to workshops, we provide practical support.

  • Community-Driven: Built by and with neighbors, not just for them.

  • Relationship-Centered: Every connection matters — dignity and trust come first.
